TARIFF
Rooms available from £60.00 per room per night - 2 people sharing.
Single occupancy from £40.00 per person per night.
All prices include breakfast.
Weekly tariff and long lets by arrangement.
We have no family rooms.
We are unable to take your pets
For your comfort and safety we are a non-smoking establishment.

BOOKINGS
All bookings should be confirmed in writing within 5 working days, enclosing a deposit of £20.00 per room per night.
Cheques should be made payable to I. Ward.
Failure to do so will result in the reservation being cancelled.
Balance of accounts can be paid in cash or by cheque.
We are unable to accept payment by credit/debit card.
Early arrival is available by prior arrangement.
Guests are required to vacate their room on day of departure, no later than 10.30 a.m.
No reduction will be made for early departure.
We cannot offer the services of an hotel and therefore Guests will be required to return no later than 12.30 a.m each evening for the comfort and convenience of all.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully advise you that deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of you having to cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to re-let your room.
Should this not be possible you will be responsible for two thirds of the cost and we advise you to insure against this event
Failure to take up your reservation, without giving notice, will result in the whole of the cost being recoverable from you.
